'oh noooooo! Donald Trump just threw shitastic lawyer Alina Habba under the parking garage'

https://www.jefftiedrich.com/p/oh-noooooo-donald-trump-just-threw

'last week, after losing her client $83.3 million in the Yes, You Fucking Well Did Rape Her trial, ace parking garage lawyer Alina Habba stood defiantly before the microphones and promised “I’m just getting started.”...that’s right, Grandpa Crazypants fired Alina Habba in the most Grandpa Crazypants way possible: via a rambling, delusional middle-of-the-night post on his failing app.

welcome, Alina, to that exclusive club known as the Stinky Shitpile of Former Trump Lawyers. here’s your tiny violin. here comes Sidney Powell to teach you the secret handshake. here’s Kenny Chesebro to explain why it’s a bad idea to lie to a grand jury. and Rudy Colludy will be along in a minute to recommend a good collection agency...why the sudden frown, Alina? oh, what — you thought you were getting paid? you actually thought Donald Trump was going to pay your bills? oh, you dear innocent babe in the woods.'

Turd Reich has held a special emergency meeting to assess their guidance on how to cope in the stench of butt and cra-cra. They voted unanimously on the addition of another bullet to the heuristics.

1: Nobody tells Trump what to do.

2: Everything Trump touches turns to shit.
— 2a: The more Trump touches something, the shittier it gets.

3: The more you believe that you have an in with Trump, the sooner you will see the underside of a bus.
— 3a: Attorneys who represent Trump should divide the half-life before becoming bus chum by three.

True, but her partner gets some of that.

And any sanctions that may still come will have to be paid by her individually. Stinky won't pay them for her if she is living in under-bussville.

She could be liable for defamation of statements she made outside of court against engorins law clerk if she decides to file suit. She would certainly need to lawyer up, wiping her out.

Her future is not bright, but neither is she. Maybe only fans?

They were scraping by on insurance claims from the looks of their website. Mostly low dollar grunt work that pays the bills but doesn't get you rich.

He got a real payday on this gig, and I doubt the sanctions would touch him, but I guess that depends on their partnership agreement.

She also has other legal problems pending. There is a mess in NJ where she may have inappropriately advised a client to settle without disclosing she was stinkys atty. Then she might still face sanctions in engorins court.

She is a mess. Her partner is just staying low it seems.

Mrs. Habba happily chirped "pretty! I can fake being smart" or something along those lines. Wonder how that worked out for her. If she fears for her life because MAGA claims she was a plant maybe she can explain the she and Trump simply aren't that smart.

legal careers in the future, whether they were paid, or not. Most attorneys can defend the worst or the worst defendants and still benefit from the exposure.

Alina Habba thought she'd be the next Johnnie Cochran, Bob Shapiro or Robert Kardashian. Cochran and Shapiro made out like bandits, and Kardashian's entire clan raked in billion$ from the notoriety gained from being O.J.'s attorneys.

Problem is, Trump destroys everything and everyone he comes in contact with, particularly the attorneys who are literally forced to become criminals themselves in order to please Trump. The stench never goes away.

about hiring a different lawyer to handle an appeal, since appellate work requires a different skill set. Habba has neither skill set, of course; but she's been sacked because she turned out to be a loser, and TFG can't have that - even though he lost the case just as much, if not more, than she did. Even a very good lawyer couldn't have won that disaster; the best they could have done would have been some level of damage control to keep the verdict lower than it was. But the size of that verdict wasn't really Habba's fault except to the extent that she was unable to control her client.

Morning Joe had fun laughing at Habba

https://www.rawstory.com/alina-habba-trump-2667132581/
MSNBC's Joe Scarborough could hardly keep a straight face discussing attorney Alina Habba's work for Donald Trump in the E. Jean Carroll defamation case.

The former president suggested Tuesday night on Truth Social that he might be shopping for a new legal team to appeal his $83.3 million penalty, and "Morning Joe" panelist burst into laughter the news.

"Wonder why," Scarborough said, as his guests laughed......

"No, I mean, she's very angry," Scarborough continued. "At one point in the proceedings, and I've got to say as a lawyer, I've never seen this myself, so maybe she had a reason to be upset. You know, they took away her coloring books. There was a color-by-number thing on how to be a lawyer when you grow up, and she had -- the judge took them away.",....

"No, he's had bad lawyers," Scarborough added, "but at least they knew their way around the courtroom, and by the way, you either know your way around the courtroom or you don't, and speaking as a lawyer that didn't know his way around the courtroom, I can tell you, it can be a very frightening thing and you would not want to be in this type of case."
