like maybe one of the judges is ill. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

Looks like tRUMP is a hard nut to crack, BUT when he does there is going to be NUTS all over the place!!

6. Apparently most folks don't have a clue how long it typically takes the DC Circuit to issue a decision.

And in this instance, it is not an "easy" case -- there are a lot of issues to address and they need to be addressed carefully because this case is going to the SCOTUS.
