Bluesky is now open for signup without an invite
If you are wondering what Bluesky is, it is a social media platform designed by many of the same people from the old pre-Elon Twitter. Looks just like it.
They’ve been beta testing the platform for about a year so they’ve been limiting users but now it is open for anyone.
I’ve been on there about six months and it is pretty nice and peaceful so far. But we’ll see if that changes now lol. The only request I have is on that platform we use the mantra of “we do not engage”. If you run into right wingers trying to pick a fight, we block and ignore. We do not engage or encourage them.
