it'll be no different today. They are aiding and abetting the death of the U.S.A.

The judiciary will hold.
If we loose the courts we are finished. I almost believe this is a fiat a compli.
The coup has continued all this time. The insurrection is still happening, only now it has moved to the courts.

Our only remaining hope, is that the billionaire class that has the SCOTUS in it’s pocket decide that TSF is bad for business.

Talk me down.

SCOTUS had best weigh very carefully. They are being conned here.

It's essentially time shifting jurisdictional rulings. Thread-the-needle justice to let the biggest crooks through.

They clearly don't. They are so tone deaf to points of honor or ethics they just don't see or hear anything that could be considered criticism.

So to them, there isn't any.

Think. Again.

...disqualification of a candidate can not happen before Congress decides to lift that disqualification that can't happen?

Do Ihave that right?

weasel out of kicking trump off ballots, which as originalists they should not as the 14A, Sec. 3 is self-executing. There's no wiggle room really. Not even the argument that he didn't participate in the Capitol riot as Sec. 3 also includes the phase of "giving aid and comfort" to the insurrectionists...which he did by watching it for more than 3 hours without calling in forces to stop it.

He's guilty as hell.
