What do you think the Supreme Court's vote will be on Trump's Eligibility (14th Amendment)?

In favor of Trump: 5-4, 6-3, 7-2, 8-1, 9-0

Against Trump: 5-4, 6-3, 7-2, 8-1, 9-0

I'm still convinced Roberts will craft a narrow but unanimous ruling keeping him on the ballot. tritsofme Feb 2024 #6
So 9-0? Polybius Feb 2024 #8
I'm betting Alito, Thomas and Kavanaugh find a way to keep him on the ballot. Fresh_Start Feb 2024 #9
So that would be 6-3, and found ineligible Polybius Feb 2024 #11

And I see a 6-3 ruling that since he hasn't technically been "convicted" of any crime, he should remain on the ballot.

Mail ballots in Colorado are going to be mailed out next Monday on February 12th.
Trump will likely be elected on March 5th.

They will then say they can't remove an elected nominee from the general election ballot.
