His supporters follow his example by violent protests.
And we should be ready for the general elections, regardless of who wins

We have to stop worrying about what a small, noisy minority would do.
Fuck them.

(45,436 posts)We have to face it, were screwed, the Republican party has cursed us with this man until he dies. And we have young people saying, well I dont know, Biden is too old and moderate. At this point its kind of a comfort being old, knowing my future is limited to a few years if that

(22,466 posts)factor to look at. Taking him off the ballot now,(even though it's the right thing to do) would probably be the wrong thing. WE can kick his ever loving ass in November! He's the best candidate for us to defeat. Let's let the courts do their thing. (Smith has got TFG's ass in a knot) WE will give the FINAL BLOW in Nov.!!

Until the law said STOP!
And then they would go back to their trailers and basements and homesteads and drink.

(14,307 posts)The sick fuck's tiny hands can no longer afford to buy militias and for-hire troublemakers. Some idiots would think "yay! at last the revolution is on" but would be looking around and realizing there is not as many of them as social media made it seem there were.

(28,836 posts)I look to the aftermath of January 6th as an example of what we could expect. As soon as they figured out that there was consequences, they all went into hiding and have rarely been seen, unless it was when they were getting arrested.
January 6th happened because they thought Trump would protect them. The majority of them no longer have those illusions.
There would probably be some isolated instances of violence, but that's nothing new.

(43,850 posts)I do fear theyd look for revenge but against imagined enemies, and only the fringe madmen. Most of them like to be the victims so they have someone to blame their failures on but those failures are there for a reason. Theyre incapable of and terrified of things like rioting. I know, J6. But that was actually not that many people.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
