Cop backs into marching band member then behaves as if the victim assaulted HIM

1. Another cop busted by cell phone camera.

Of course he had his body camera turned off.

2. This happens all too often. The bad ones need to go! Then they wonder why the public, particularly minorities dis them.

He doesn't need to just apologize to the young man but the department needs to hold a press conference where he publicly apologizes to the teen, his family and the general public and state that his actions were completely wrong and there was no excuse for what he did.

Authorities always placing the blame on the victim. They’re nothing but bullies with a gun and a badge.

Unfortunately, that’s enough for most enforcers to justify their bulliness.
