Laurence O'Donnell's show on MSNBC tonight is wonderful

Really must see television. He doesn't follow the BS narrative of the corporate media, but tonight he and his writers are outdoing themselves.

My favorite part: he's calling out the WH press corps!

he and much of the MSNBC crew (particularly the evening crew) have been very critical of the WH press corps' actions in the press conference, starting shortly after the Q&A concluded.

Just who (whom) do we trust? With newspapers owned by hedge funds and local news outlets depending on police reports, where are the old fashioned reporters of yesteryear? It is why I am so grateful for Laurence O'Donnell. He makes so much sense.

I also respect Rachel Maddow and Ali Velshi. AND, thank you DU.

He really took the White House Press Corps and a lot of the mainstream media to the woodshed tonight! Gave TSF a pretty good spanking over that NATO business, too.

Rachel was awesome tonight, also. Two hours of must see TV, between the 2 of them!

I hope it enables more DUers to see it. It probably sounds like hyperbole, but it was one of the best political shows I've ever seen on any network. Hard to summarize it. You really have to see it.

5. Excellent show! Touching photos and narrative about FDR, Eisenhower, and more.

It is worth recording and watching again, a show with historical perspective and a focus on what is truly important, plus the neglect of today's press corps.

7. Agreed. I didn't know that the "willful" part was regarding Biden's own notes

WTF? That was part of what made that day so depressing. There seemed to be a pile on and every network breathlessly declared that President Biden "willfully" took / mishandled classified documents.

I’ll circulate it anyway. It’s important perspective.

i don’t always agree with him or his guests but it’s feels like the most serious, the most straightforward and most consistent of the network
