The majority of the House wants the aid to pass. Weak Speaker is afraid of the most radical members AND a private citizen who is in a death fight for staying out of prison.

When weakest Speaker in history takes orders from a private citizen scores of criminal indictments, it is time to sit on that weak, cowardly Speaker who is working for Putin's puppet instead of the USA's best interests.

Sit on the little weasel, and sit on him HARD.

Telling Congress what the president wants is a big part of being president...Not sure I understand your apprehension.

When pressing for Legislation that is of concern to the American people.

Joe points out a lot that they "serve the American people", not you-know-who. He will keep emphasizing that as time goes on because he KNOWS!

He negotiates, and he knows the levers of power (none better) , but I notice that he does not volunteer to emasculate himself or his office.

It’s called the bully pulpit for a reason.

When a pipsqueak like Mike Johnson endangers our national security by blocking a vote, bypassing him and asking his constituents to vise clamp his nuts until he relents is a righteous play.

he has no power to force the House to consider squat. Just like when Trump was president and Speaker Pelosi was in charge of the House.

I don't know if demanding a vote here is actually productive.
