Former President Trump’s legal battles are set for a split-screen moment on Thursday as high-stakes hearings in his two state criminal cases get underway.

Trump is expected to join his lawyers in New York as a judge there weighs whether to toss Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s (D) hush money indictment, Trump’s first set of charges.

Simultaneously, attorneys representing Trump and some of his co-defendants in his Georgia election racketeering case are set to convince a judge in Atlanta to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) and her office over an alleged romantic relationship between Willis and a top prosecutor.

The livestreamed proceeding could include testimony from Willis and others in her office.

Both hearings are scheduled to kick off at 9:30 a.m. ET.

The former president has signaled he will petition the Supreme Court to review a ruling that rejected Trump’s immunity claims from civil lawsuits over his actions surrounding the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack.

His deadline to appeal to the justices is Thursday.

The expected filing only adds to Trump’s emergency motion earlier this week to the justices after a lower court rejected that Trump doesn’t have immunity from his criminal prosecution implicating Jan. 6.

A Fulton County judge will review evidence and hear arguments to determine if Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis should be disqualified from the 2020 election interference case over alleged misconduct.

The judge in New York has denied Trump’s motions to dismiss and said the case would proceed to jury selection as scheduled on March 25.
