If the Supreme Court screws this up...?

And the Democrats take back the House and the Senate and keep the White House, then there should be some action taken against such a political and corrupt group of partisan accomplices.

Joe Biden should immediately nominate 3 new Judges to expand the Court to 12 Justices. A court that would help a criminal like Trump, who tried to overthrow our government, to delay justice and a scheduled trial should not be allowed to continue as is.

Some on the present Court do not believe themselves liable to the laws of the Constitution.

It would be a just and timely thing to do if they delay justice as Trump wants them to do.

Let them tell him to go to trial as soon as possible, and clear his name, then get the nomination of his Party and then win the election legally.

Something in the magnitude of 290 House Dems, and more than 68 Senate Dems.

These days I likes our 2024 chances, but 1932 it ain't. Unless we can add 40 million poor working class voters and drive the campaign up-tempo. Parties do falter after about 30 to 40 years. So there is that wild card.
