The judge in New York has denied Trump’s motions to dismiss and said the case would proceed to jury selection as scheduled on March 25.

Trump’s attorneys are arguing over the case’s timeline.

The decision came just minutes after the hearing began on Thursday.

He is a slimy, slippery eel which seems to escape consequences every time. Monetary judgments like the pending decision from Engoron are trivial matters that he will evade. Criminal charges and those punishments are long overdue.

if he is convicted will he be taken into custody like most all other criminals or will he be free until after an appeal ?
A grand jury voted to indict Trump on March 30, 2023, charging him with 34 felony counts of falsification of business records.
Surely they will convict on at least some of the 35 counts.
