Have they identified the shooters yet? Any motive?

Why all this Fani Willis stuff and no info on this shooting?

1. Sounds like it was a fight between 2 groups

Both sides drew guns and had a shoot out in a crowd and all the people who were hit were just innocent bystanders.

5. Yep. 3 in custody- 2 are minors

Which changes several legal elements as I understand.

No charges yet. They can be held 24 hours without charges. I think their ages are one factor but I’d guess the KCPD are using this to gather more general info like where the minors got guns.

At least two minors are being detained. No idea if gang-related (no one official has said it is or not - any remarks in that vein are speculation).

They're still investigating.
