The shoes are on Temu for $20 (retail). Five minutes for hot gluing a 'T' and a flag, let's be generous and call it $30 to make them.

I still like the idea of making knock-offs with a 't' and a Pride flag...

I assume his market is a few individual persons.

The kind of people who can buy hundreds of pairs and dump the trash in a third world country out of sight, because the goal is supporting an overthrow of US democracy and currying favor with the potential tyrant, not to own shoes.

have their children go without food in order to buy a pair (as an "investment" you know).
They snapped up Hair Furor's NFTs in record time (again, as an "investment" ).
Anything His Assholiness can dream up for his cult to buy, they'll buy.

Some of Trump's former big dollar donors are sitting this one out, or so I've heard. How is King-Kon going to finance his campaign, pay for his multitudinous lawyers' fees, pay over a half-billion dollars in New York State's fines and interest, his judgement for raping E. Jean Carrol, and whatever various and sundry incidentals he's amassed since 2021, PLUS the money he plans on stealing from his faithful?
The MAGAt's wallets must be pretty thin already. He's going to have to start selling assets, if anyone will buy them.

Shitty gold sneakers aren't going to cut it.

I guess they could serve as a status-symbol/conversation piece in a certain kind of social circle.

They're basically a symbol of "I have more money than sense" so I sent a whole boatload of it to a grifter to buy the satisfaction of "owning the libs" by allowing this criminal to meet his legal obligations without providing any goods or services of value to anyone.
