Everybody is scrambling on what the West do in response to Putin’s assassination of Navalny. If we really want to hit Putin where it hurts, Western governments should confiscate the frozen $300 billion of Russian central bank reserves and we should call it the Navalny Act.

11. I love Bill Browder. His book Red Notice is a must read.

He did business in Russia and his lawyer was arrested and died in prison. He got the Magnitsky Act (his lawyers name) passed in several countries that allows those countries, including the US, to seize the assets of foreign countries if they violate human rights.

So, we seized all this money from Putin and his cronies but it's just sitting in banks. We should spend it.
