Her name is Linor Shefer. She is Alexander Smirnov's cousin. according to the LA Times and (ugh) The Daily Mail.

Linor Shefer works for Dezer Development, according to the Daily Mail article, her LinkedIn bio and her bio page on realtor dot com.

Guess who built Trump Towers in Miami? Dezer Development. Michael Dezer and TFG are tight and Alexander Smirnov's cousin, Linor Shefer works for Dezer.
