Did this witness have it in for Fani Willis? Because, if it was me, I would have known to protect myself as a witness to make sure I wasn't being used for some inappropriate agenda. If someone was asking me to be a witness, and all I had was hearsay, I would have wondered what was the prosecutor's motives, since any prosecutor knows how tenuous hearsay can be.
