And I'm even less optimistic about their so-called decision. If they were going to definitively rule out his immunity claims, they could have (SHOULD HAVE) stayed the Appeals court's decision. By agreeing to take it up, they're allowing him to continue his one man crime spree unimpeded and with permission. And does anyone here believe that they'd decide against him and therefore cause catastrophic chaos in the rethug party by creating a situation where their putative nominee could face a criminal prosecution prior to the so-called election?
