Especially because there are assholes in America who have a racist sexist fear about her becoming the President should her boss die in office.

(16,129 posts)they may rule that ONE GUY has eternal immunity because he was president. You know, like they gifted the presidency to one particular guy in a "narrow ruling".
Yes, I know, they aren't supposed to make rulings for one individual, but should they do so, there is no recourse...they do whatever they want to because, as we've discovered with so many situations, the founders never imagined the level of corruption we see now.
