If they do this or overturn the Colorado DQ of Trump, expect more of this. To me it seems the court is hell bent on delegitimizing itself.

The Special Counsel’s request to treat the stay application as a petition for a writ of certiorari is granted, and that petition is granted limited tothe following question: Whether and if so to what extent does a former President enjoy presidential immunity from criminal prosecution for conduct alleged to involve official acts during his tenure in office.

Perhaps a Former Prosecutor whose mentor and boss is a former Defense Attorney needs to integrate that into her stump speeches.

Especially because there are assholes in America who have a racist sexist fear about her becoming the President should her boss die in office.

A decision that he has immunity would be disastrous and moronic. But those six idiots are capable of anything.

So we wait and see. Once again.

10. They won't rule that "Presidents" have immunity

they may rule that ONE GUY has eternal immunity because he was president. You know, like they gifted the presidency to one particular guy in a "narrow ruling".

Yes, I know, they aren't supposed to make rulings for one individual, but should they do so, there is no recourse...they do whatever they want to because, as we've discovered with so many situations, the founders never imagined the level of corruption we see now.
