Other than being contrarian, what is so wrong about Democrats and their party endorsing FDR and the New Deal and LBJ? Why is it "extreme" to support Social Security, strong rights for unions, Medicare/Medicaid, equal pay for women, a 40-hour work week, a responsive government to citizens, protected voting rights, equal rights to ALL Americans, job security? (All this is rhetorical. It isn't extreme.)
No Labels doesn't appear to have better ideas. I can't understand anyone who would vote for NL as default.

Trump is not the disease. He's a symptom.

destroying democracy.
These are people that will say they are anti-trump and may truly hate the guy..but are after the same result. They are not a saving the country type of political party but a guilt-free MAGA.
Hey its only my take, could be wrong.

(23,232 posts)to derail the Democratic party's presidential election and other 2024 election across board. With RWers in control of corporate media, the polling outfits, social media in part, propaganda runs rampant.
Constant bashing of Pres Biden and the constant bashing of Democrats in general and yea Democrats are not united and are in disarray.
That Pres Biden is not popular and he is old.

(28,836 posts)On the surface, they're not saying anything is specifically wrong with Democrats -- they want one on the ticket -- their claimed issues are more with what they perceive to be partisanship, extremism and divisiveness. It's kind of like "both sides are bad" as a campaign strategy.
Bipartisanship and cooperation are fine ideas, of course, but most of the money going into the group appears to be from people like Harlan Crow and from the financial world, so there's not much reason to believe that's what they're really interested in.
