Tired of all of the fretting over the polls.

First, Trump (or any other Republican for that matter) will always have a ~50% chance of winning the election. American politics are polarized, and there's nothing that any Democratic president can do to change that.

Second, no other Democrat would have any better polling numbers than Biden, an incumbent president, not VP Harris, not Governors Newsome or Whitmer, not Senator Amy Klobuchar, not even Sen. Bernie Sanders. No one else.

Third, polls measure what the people tell the pollsters. They cannot predict who will/won't show up on election day when it matters. Polls in modern presidential politics are largely useless. (See my first point). For all of 2019 and up to election day, RCP average polls showed Biden with a consistent 6% to 7% lead. He won by 4.4%, and even then it was a nail biter until results were finalized in PA, MI, and WI.

Finally, energy would be put to much better use getting Democrats across the board elected to office. The polls are what they are.

biden is biding his time, building up and saving money for later, when it matters more.

meanwhile, donnie is pissing away more money than they can take in.

things will look different in october-november, when biden may well be outspending donnie 2-1 or 3-1.

3. I'm still waiting on 3rd party verification and peer review of polling methodology. Otherwise, it ain't fucking science.
