What's to stop Biden from using the SCOTUS decision in his favor?

Why not put out a plan to keep trump from assuming office if he should win? As long as one of the houses of congress remains a Democratic majority, he knows that he could not be charged (thanks to today's SCOTUS ruling). Even if he doesn't intend to do so, it might push the court into issuing an addendum to their decision.

And...if he does intend to do so, he would go down in history as the person to save our Democracy. It is bold but could be a win - win.

today's ruling was that states could not make a judgement of insurrection, that it has to be done by congress. Therefore, in this environment, if a president has at least one chamber of congress on their side, they will not be found guilty if they prevent a transition of power.

to keep a candidate for federal office off their ballots. It has nothing to do with whether a president can be prosecuted for acts of insurrection. Two different and unrelated issues.

every President (except the traitor tRUMP, who's in it only for himself and not America). What could they do to Pres. Biden, if he were to arrest djt, and charge him w/ insurrection? tRUMP, many times has insinuated such actions, to take the government over by force, invoke the national guard should he win again. He threatens us almost on a daily basis.

Why not put out a plan to keep trump from assuming office if he should win?

How could that possibly sell to the masses?

"He tried to keep me from taking office even though I won... so he should not be ale to take office even though he won" ?
