Tonight is a night that brings a lot of grief and sadness for me, because 4 years ago on super Tuesday my dad and I watched closely as a result came in!

Little did I know that that would be the last super Tuesday the last time I never get to watch the election results come in with my dad! See my dad died on March 20th 2020, he was 58 years old and one of the first to die in our county of covid-19!

My dad taught me what it meant to be a Democrat and how to carry on for the democratic values that we all love and share, I wish I would have known 4 years ago that that would be the last time I would have ever got to spend watching election results with my dad because not only did he die on March 20th 2020 from covid seven short days later my 52-year-old mom died of a stroke because she couldn't handle my dad's dead, and 6 months later I got diagnosed with cancer at the age of 30!

So is I watch the results for in tonight I can only think about one person and that's my dad and I also grieve and feel for the loss of my mom!

I'm just absolutely scared that just like I never thought 4 years ago it would be the last time I saw a Super Tuesday, perhaps in 4 years from now I'll be gone and this will be my last Super Tuesday!

So many good and decent people are gone now, while that monster still torments us. It's so unfair!!

Passed April 20, 2020.

She supported Joe Biden from day one of the primaries. Her last vote was for him on Super Tuesday 2020.

Miss you mum.

Hugs to you Corey.
