to be a narcissist. People of all colors and all genders can be narcissists.

The maker of this vedo is a mental health professinal with a specialty in narcissism (or, probably more accurately, codependency with narcissists). She has a whole channel with quite a bit of advice. She doesn't claim to know everything or to be perfct, but it's clear she has seen a lot.

Also, I can assure her that narcissists can indeed be caregivers. A huge percentage of doctors are narcissists, especially surgeons and specialists. Other advanced medical professionals, like some of the more advanced nursing professions, are chock full of narcissists as well.

I grew up in a medical professional home. I saw and experienced the narcissism in the upper echelons of medicine, first hand.

EDIT: I can see that ie: narcissists being caregivers. In that role they get to be "heroes" and gain status. So, there's lots of narcissistic supply in that for them. I used to work in the medical field too and I saw it! Definitely!

She seems like the real thing. Worth listening to.

But tsf is a sociopath as well as a narcissist. Sociopath describes him better. For example:
1) he doesn't even understand why ppl would join the military.
2) he messes up sometimes with believing ppl are like him. It's really an Achilles heel.
