(6,103 posts)Then you know that he knows he's in trouble. The only politicians who demand to debate their opponent are the ones who know they're behind in the polls, no matter what they might be saying on the stump.
Biden is smart to say that it depends on trump's 'behavior' whether or not he'll grant him a debate. It reminds voters of how undisciplined trump is, and he knows the longer he keeps trump in the dark as to if a debate will take place, trump will make more crazy demands and say more stupid shit.
