I really hate to think president Biden made such a huge mistake, but there does seem to be a lot of evidence of that. Yeah, that was when he was trying to be the whole country’s president. He seems to be realizing that isn’t possible right now. That the other side really doesn’t care about the country. That’s probably been really hard for him to understand.

Garland looked like a worthy appointment. He has just proven to be someone that rather than be nonpartisan and do his job, he bends over backwards to "look" nonpartisan and ends up favoring the opposition.

Garland is so afraid of R's that he gives them everything they want and America & Biden get zip. If he had prosecuted tsf immediately, if he also went after traitor congresscritters, we would not be in this place now where democracy is teetering in the balance. He should be so ashamed of himself - Garland that is. TSF has zero compassion or caring for anything or anyone that doesn't worship him or work to increase his power or $$$,

I never, ever forget that day. It is burned into my psyche. Likewise, I remember the date of his diagnosis and the date we were told it was back. I know when he entered the hospital the final time. He was diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma in April of 2001. That year, the year he turned 20 in November, was the worst of my life. But, because the new year had begun, I always take half a beat to get the year right. Also, my dad died January 10, 2003. So much grief in such a compressed time period. I’m 70 now. I am not confused. I’ve had to take that half beat for too many years now. But I do take it. And if anyone used it to question my heartbreak, my rage would be difficult to quell.

Did you say that? In his mind: well, a bunch of us Rs got together to write this hit job but if I say that, the jig is up. We had to make up something since the investigation was a bust, so rump said to put in there how frail Biden is. Out loud: it does appear to be in the transcript.

That is the only way to explain that answer. He did not say it. It was written for him. The answer he said was truthful without telling the truth.

Former Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe exposes Hur

notkaysanymore
Kos.com, February 11, 2024

Excerpt...

What McCabe said last year:

* Hur was part of the Trump DOJ leadership team.

* Hur was Rod Rosenstein’s “point man” for the Mueller investigation and as such he and Rosenstein “presumably very carefully and quietly curtailed the investigation.” He was involved in keeping the investigation “in a lane.”

* There was a lot of “questionable or uncomfortable bleed over” between White House politics and DOJ operations.

SNIP...

McCabe’s current points about the Hur investigation:

SNIP...

* The conclusions Hur draws were not related to the facts contained in the report.

* The real reason Biden wasn’t indicted isn’t because he is “old and cute” but because of the lack evidence and also that Biden would likely have successful defenses.

* The appointment of Hur seems like a misstep by Merrick Garland. If Garland wanted to seem non-partisan he should have chosen a Republican who didn’t serve in the Trump administration.
