Hur has lied. Biden absolutely knew when his son died giving the month and day, just was hesitant on the year. I do the same with every member of my family who has died, I know the month and day but I have to think hard to come up with the year.

In the transcript, somebody else says 2015 and Biden responds affirmatively, possibly in a "was it really that long ago" musing, grieving way.

Anybody taking those words and creating the report Hur created - he's lower than slime.

He was diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma in April of 2001. That year, the year he turned 20 in November, was the worst of my life. But, because the new year had begun, I always take half a beat to get the year right. Also, my dad died January 10, 2003. So much grief in such a compressed time period. I’m 70 now. I am not confused. I’ve had to take that half beat for too many years now. But I do take it. And if anyone used it to question my heartbreak, my rage would be difficult to quell.
