Actually with Trump, I think we can see so much of who he is as a person by looking at him physically. There is zero correlation between physical appearance and behaviour. That kind of thinking went by the wayside in the 19th century. What we do have evidence for is how bigoted, judgmental social responses to physical appearance can affect behaviour in the people with the so-called undesirable attributes.

So the cause of bad behaviour from people who have certain physical characteristics is sometimes born of bigotry, not of their appearance itself.

Also: The size of his fingers has zero to do with why his thumb bends that way, and everything to do with being double-jointed, like up to 25% of the general population.

Including nearly all of my family, who have all kinds of finger sizes, from short and stubby to long and narrow. Not a single one of the double-jointed in the family has any proclivity for violence, never mind any record of being such.
