Want To Know Why Alvin Bragg's Trial Is Going To Be Delayed 30 Days

Merrick Garland: Garland chose not to prosecute Trump (individual one) after Trump left office.

Alvin Bragg decided to prosecute Trump since Garland passed. The trial is scheduled for the 26th but lo and behold Garland's SDNY has turned over 100,000 pages of documents that are discovery evidence that should have been turned over previously. More pages of discovery are coming next week.

We would not have this discovery problem had Garland decided to prosecute Trump.

That's the real bottom line, IMO, don't blame Alvin Bragg. Robert Mueller laid out all of the evidence for Trump to be indicted after he left office, the only reason that Mueller did not indict Trump was because of the DOJ memo that a sitting president can't be indicted.

Trump is an evil genius.

who commits crimes right out in the open for all to see and is never held accountable?

The delays in getting Trump to a criminal trial has never been about ducks, or about evidence. I and millions of Americans saw the evidence displayed on TV. Not getting Trump to a criminal trial has always been about the will to investigate him, the will to indict and convict him.

Trump is an evil genius because so many people in high places fear him. Read Romney's book.

Romney wrote that the only reason that the Senate did not convict Trump after he was impeached is because they feared for their lives and the lives of their families.

You have a problem with my believing that part of Romney's book? Tell me why?

You'll just repeat the same debunked timelines, show your ignorance of the legal system, the justice department and the meaning of "nonpartisan" - and quote some more right-wing talking head opinions as "facts".
Then throw in about how "time matters' because you don't understand despite being told hundreds of times by myself and others, that convictions and trials won't stop him from running, won't stop his sycophant MAGATs (which you also call anyone who defends Garland, curiously) from voting for him, and won't prevent him from appealing any case which does manage to get to trial before the election.
Your schtick is old, but it gets clicks, which apparently makes you happy, you've said you post provocative OPs in order to rile up posters. What is the word for that again?

and she laid out all of the delays that Garland did before investigating Trump, with documentation.

I repeat facts, Alex Wagner laid out how long Garland waited to investigate the fake electors, how long he waited before investigating the stolen documents.

When Alvin Bragg has to drop his case because of Merrick Garland's SDNY waiting 1 year to give Bragg and Trump all of its discovery evidence in the Stormy Daniel's trial get back to me. Give me one good reason why Bragg was forced to delay his trial? Why didn't SDNY turn over discovery 1 year ago?

I get tired of listening to people beating dead horses.

Go to different news sources if you don't believe that Garland waited too long to act.

For crying out loud, we have another case today where SDNY fucked up Bragg's trial. What news stations are you watching?

8 month delay before investigating stolen documents.

Maybe I can post Alex Wagner's segment when it becomes available. There were fights between the FBI and prosecutors who wanted to go after Trump. The FBI wanted no one to mention the T word because it would appear political.

Check it out Geek, Alex Wagner, her A block I think.

because it absolutely reeks of the rankest sort of hyperbole! And because many MANY people have found the courage to perform their duties of office - in the face of the same pressures and threats.
(and thus we might assume that there were just a few other factors .. ?)

And you trot out this particular Pinocchio - as a place to hang your hat on Mitt Romney's tell all?

When Romney voted to convict Trump he had to spend millions of dollars for his personal security.

The county clerk (or sheriff) doesn't have that kind of dough - and their still doing their job.
And it's still beyond asinine for Romney to suggest that his fellow Senators were terrorized into a failure to convict.
One more reason I most likely won't to be voting for the man - or reading his book - in the future.

(and it's kind of nice to see Justice cracking down and going after convictions on these threats - among other things)

I think they fear his handlers. There seems to be many people behind the scenes, behind many closed doors that are behind all this and they don't want it to blow wide open. TSF is just a front. A big dumb distracting circus act. Hillary was right. All roads lead back to Putin. The Russian mob is firmly entrenched in the US. And they make the Italian mafia look like a kindergarten class on an outing to the zoo. And who knows how many politically warped billionaire Americans are involved?

Just my opinion about this universal clusterfuck.

Maybe I don't explain myself well enough.

Trump would get a very low score on an SAT test, so he paid a kid to take the test for him - evil genius.

Trump wouldn't get 1 question right on Jeopardy so he would rig the contest to get the answers ahead of time - evil genius.

Trump didn't want to go to Nam so he paid a doctor to say he had bone spurs - evil genius.

Trump is convicted of slander so he gets someone else to pay the bill, gets someone to pay his attorneys, - evil genius.

Trump is convicted of financial fraud and yet the IRS never investigates him - evil genius.

Jimmy Carter has to put his peanut farm into a blind trust but Trump is allowed to buy a DC hotel, Trump makes hundreds of millions of dollars while he is president - evil genius.

Trump is a stupid, pathetic piece of shit who becomes president of the United States - evil genius.
