Some person or organization coaches her on delay tactics and Trump's lawyers on how to take advantage of them. There has to be some back door communication between both sides.

They are working the balancing act of keeping her on the case and throwing as much procedural manure on the wall as possible. It does not matter how bogus it is, as long as it adds days, weeks, months before the start of the trial.
