I'll be damn! Trump didn't get what he wanted!

The judge ruled against Trump and the other defendants and DA Willis is staying in charge of the trial in Georgia!

Sweet justice! Now get the trial moving!

ATLANTA -- Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp signed a law Wednesday that lets a state commission begin operating with powers to discipline and remove prosecutors, potentially disrupting Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

No?

He got what he wanted.

Above all else, he wants no trials before the election. He and putin are calling in every kompromated krony to get there.

They even kompromised sdny.

He got what he wanted. No trial date set. Probably none will be now.

with her scheduled date that will never happen. There may be time for Fani but she is doing a RICO case which takes a lot of time.

She hasn't changed it yet.

The Rico case has never had any date set. Fanni asked for an August start date last year, but the judge never acted on it, just saying a single trial didn't seem likely.

So he still hasn't set a start date, or decided who will be tried in a first trial. And since tsf is the most difficult to schedule, any first trial probably wouldn't include him if it was split up.

He wins. And no, I'm not happy about that. Just resigned to it. Thanks merrick.

But that'll set things back months, at best.
