(19,217 posts)Keep hammering away at this piece of garbage. Don't report about it for one night, then forget it ever happened.
Remind people every damned day what an evil pile of snake-shit 💩 he is. It's not like there's a lack material. 🙄

(66,864 posts)its way to November would be far more compelling, ratings-getting television than a manufactured horse race.
But I guess I'm too smart to be a television executive.

His powers of precognition are equivalent to his governing ability.
But yes, when he says shit like this, put it around his neck and hang him with it.
Make sure everybody knows who and what he is.
I don't care how many billionaires want more tax cuts. He needs to be kept out of office.

(49,455 posts)you asked - the report started by mentioning Trump's campaign is on the defensive for his rhetoric. She pointed out that he predicted a bloodbath while he was talking about the auto industry, but there was nothing about Trump's defenders claiming that was all he was talking about. Instead she immediately added that Trump had started his speech by paying tribute to the people who attacked the Capitol on Jan. 6. She then mentioned Biden's campaign denouncing the comments as threatening political violence.
The tweet was from Aaron Rupar, whose tweets are often posted here, and he commented
when he posted the 30-second clip.
The post immediately went viral on Twitter. I'd seen it retweeted by MeidasTouch and George Conway before I posted it here. This morning it has over 2 million views on Twitter and about 4700 retweets.
I despise Elon Musk, and he's damaged Twitter. But there are a lot of good people on Twitter still, and none of the current Twitter alternatives are close to being a good substitute for the commentary and rapid news it provides. Which is why you continue seeing people here posting tweets.
I didn't "Link to Musk" - I linked to a journalist DUers admire and video from ABC.
And changing your settings to view the link here would have let you see exactly what the post was about in much less time than it took you to post a message asking to have it explained to you.

(2,910 posts)Every click to twixxer monetizes Musk. Besides, I don't watch videos.
There's kind of a chicken-and-egg thing with twixxer. People post there because people read there, and vice-versa. The site has a lot of pre-Nazi inertia. I won't give Musk the traffic now. Advertisers see the number of clicks, and spend accordingly.
Respectfully, you could have written two sentences of context for us all before writing multiple paragraphs to one person.
And thanks for the context!

Bravo to this broadcaster. She'll probably catch hell from management. But Bravo nonetheless.

(826 posts)Now that Trump's the Republican nominee legacy media needs to cover his rallies and truth social posts as important news. The American people need to be informed about what he's promising to do if elected President.
