because they didn’t have probable cause that documents are there. The Fourth Amendment requires that warrant applications be accompanied by sworn or affirmed affidavits establishing probable cause. They are not fishing expeditions.

Employees put boxes of documents into a plane when he was flying to Bedminster. The boxes did not come back. That seems like probable cause.

If anyone else was suspected of having those documents, every home, business office, etc that he/she owned would have been searched.

That documents were shipped there doesn’t mean they have reason to believe they are still there, or were there when the Mar-A- Lago warrant was sought.
