Mitt Romney isnt having the best day.
Turns out he lost a state he thought hed won (Iowa), Rick Perry dropped out of the race and threw his support behind Newt Gingrich (whos breathing down his neck in South Carolina), and people keep asking all these pesky questions about his millions (some of which may or may not be stashed in the Caribbean.)
This terse exchange he had with a questioner on a rope-line had us wondering - is the pressure getting to Romney? You decide.

(8,694 posts)and every time he has to venture out of it, he falls apart. President Obama will eat him UP. Willard grew up in a protective bubble, never had to fight or want for anything. His childhood was a bubble of the church and father George's wealth, teen years the same. College (Harvard, of course) was always a given, no worries there, still in a bubble. His one stint abroad in France was still in a bubble of fellow missionaries. Never worried about the draft or the military (out of the question for a Romney). His marriage, time at Bain, his gubernatorial campaign, all greased with the lube of money and connections. Everything always handed to him, surrounded by yes men, a life lived in a bubble.
President Obama has always had to fight for everything, it's a part of who he is, why he is. So, place your bets.

It is a classic... and at least I get it from Mittens... this taxing the rich really must scare him.
