Pay attention to where you save it. I usually name it something that I can remember and save it on my desktop.

Easy to email or print from there.

If you're working on a desktop (or laptop) computer you can simply right-click on the image. Then save it to your desktop or somewhere you can retrieve it easily.

If you are on a cellphone, I don't know how it can be saved.

To print it out, use your own inkjet printer if you have one. Or take the saved image to an Office store such as Staples, Office Max or Fedex Office. They have color printers that allow you to print out images.
