(1,245 posts)Maybe I could forgive them for voting for the POS in 2016....maybe. After all the crap he pulled and has been exposed since 2016 for doing....if they voted for him in 2020....not a chance. If they continue to support the POS now they are no different than the so called "good" Germans who turned a blind eye to Hitler and the Nazi's. They should lose the right to vote.
The only thing their continued support for the POS proves now is that the basic flaw in Democracy is that morons, lunatics, and bigots have the same voting rights as normal sane people.

For example:Thou shalt steal. Thou shalt bear false witness against thy neighbor. Thou shalt covet thy neigbor's wife. Thou shalt commit adultery.
The only one that is the same is : Thou shalt have no gods before me.

(6,868 posts)I mean, unless they are stupid, which they very well may be, giving all that money to him and getting nothing in return will start to demoralize them into a "what's the point?" stage.
I mean, even if I give only $10 to something, I will want to know that the $10 is going to something close to what was promised.
Otherwise, if they / another person comes around for another $10, I will simply ask "umm.... what happened with the last $10 I gave you? What did you do with that?"
Of course, if I had a billion dollars, I might not feel the 'sting' of losing a million dollars, and I might even be stupid or not even care, but hey, someone will, and that someone will ask questions that Dumpy the Clown may not be able to answer sufficiently.
