Sun Mar 31, 2024, 01:07 PM
Mar 2024

He is actually egging this behavior on.......He knows full fucking well, that ANYTHING the legal system does to him will help even more his Trumphumpers to think they really are on a witch hunt. If the legal system makes ANY move, it further elevates him to Martyrdom in his followers eyes. Tied in with the Religious Zealot followers he wants to control, he has made several inferences that the treatment he is receiving, is no different than Jesus being deceived and crucified.......

Anyone remember the lunatic fanatic who grabbed his assault weapon and went to the Pizza Parlor to attack Hillary who was running a child sex trafficking ring in the basement...??? He was elevated to a higher place for his willingness to act on a totally bullshit fabricated un-fathomable thing he had heard from the Radical Right Wing Fantasy Group....

Look at how they elevated that punk kid who's mother bought him an assault weapon, and drove him to a rally where he went insane killing one, and injuring others......The Republicans made a HeroClassOne out of him, and still are......

Can you imagine anything better to elevate Trump's standing among his TrumpHumpers than the "Biden" legal system doing anything to punishment him??????

If they do nothing to him legally, it is a win for him and the Republican Propaganda that helps show they Legal system run by Biden and Democrats don't have a case and are just singling him out for political persecution......If they do anything, it fits into his rantings about the liberal left Biden psychos going after him, and is even better........

It is well engineered and orchestrated to make a mockery of the Legal System, and either way it is a Win-Win for Republicans and Trump....

AND.....if anything actually happens to the Judge, daughter, or any member of the Judge's family, it will be justified in the Trumphumpers minds........It's the ol' adage: "The means is justified for the end"

It has long been a respected legal principle that "justice delayed is justice denied". Justice is definitely in a state of intentional delay by those whose entire mission and justification is to serve under the constitution as the supreme arbiters of justice for all this country. They fail even as we speak, intentionally delaying for political purposes, they've gotten away with this for too long. Where, in your faith of Trump's eventual rendezvous with destiny, do you store these factual observations so they don't disturb the very thing which they are currently set to destroy, domestic tranquility?

Enforcing the law, however, should also be high on our list too.

I can't speak for others, but my issue is with gag orders being issued, but then when he violates them, none of the consequences that are supposed to accompany them end up being applied.

It reminds me of a routine that Robin Williams did about the movie Beverly Hills Cop. He said it was unrealistic for Eddy Murphy to portray them as cool and efficient at taking down serious criminals. He said that if a real Beverly Hills Cop caught someone committing a crime they'd just say, "stop or I'll say stop again."

Yes he has been indicted, but has yet to even go on trial for his most serious
crimes because even when former judges, prosecutors, and even defense attorneys say there is no true legal basis for appeal, he gets granted them anyway, and it keeps happening over and over.

That's why I am frustrated and fearful. That whether he wins or loses at the ballot box, he's going to try to do what he keeps advertising he will do, unless he is held responsible for what he's already done. If our authorities continue to just cross their fingers and hope for the best until November, it might already be too late.

Threatening a judge’s daughter to pressure a criminal proceeding is a CRIME someone who thinks he’s above the law would do to avoid responsibility.

Trump thinks SCOTUS will save him. Perhaps he’s in for a big surprise. If not, time for a new SCOTUS.

He has an obvious deeply entrenched life strategy of pushing to the limits of social norms and the law and beyond. He gets challenged and then either backs off and tries to normalize his statements or behavior and/or sues, and then drags things out in court, or settles.

Now he has criminal charges which can only be settled by trial. True to form, he delays. In his desperation he is now also over-stepping into potential new criminality with stochastic terrorism. Not only does this agitate and mobilize his base, which is as bloodthirsty as he is, but it presses the court to possibly overstep, thereby allowing for new delays via new motions, but also for grounds for appeal.

This is high level sociopathy, meeting most if not all criteria for all the cluster B personality disorders. This is illness that cannot, for the most part, be effectively treated psychiatrically, outside a forensic psychiatric institution.

Restrict his access to the Internet and phone. Allow him access only with supervision and/or on a delayed broadcast.

He needs to wait out his appeals in jail, like every other criminal defendant who demonstrates he is unable to control himself in a civil way. If just one time a judge would do it, it would wake his sorry ass up. We've still got 88 felony counts to pursue against him. Lock him up, convict him, and let him appeal. 88 more pending.

Massive fines are nice, but I'll believe them when he's paid them. Until then, file them under "minimal actual consequences."

And let's be sure to attack anyone who expresses frustration at the perceived "delay," because they're the real Trump enablers.

I suggest he demands family intervention. He knows there will be no consequences for any of his actions
