12. The Judge has taken appropriate steps

in the right direction. He can now haul him in on a show cause and sanction him in any way he sees fit. He doesn't have to be nice about it. Trump already has his appeal hook (1A), so there's nothing we can do about that. This is not the Judge's first rodeo. The Judge did wait for Bragg to make the request for expansion or clarification, but it seems to be the case that Judges will react to appropriate requests. There was no reason for him to react to Bragg's request and omit his own daughter, so he included his own family. A totally reasonable thing to do.

I just hope we see huge fines, not pipsqueak $5,000 increments. Maybe one warning, a fine, and then hook him up. Fine him $100,0000 and warn him that he'll be arrested for the second instance of any breach. Something like that. Two weeks to go, but that doesn't mean he'll quit during jury selection and/or the trial. So, more like six to eight weeks to go. Oh, hell, just arrest him for contempt of court, right off the bat (get it?)
