This is terrific:

A gentleman named Jared Solomon is running for attorney general in PA. A portion of his TV ad is that received an “F” from the NRA (big red letter F) and he’s proud of that.

The only negative there is if he were on the ballot in November, the Rethugs would use this against him in this heavily armed state. However…

2. You know, it might be instructive to have someone run on an anti-gun/NRA platform

Just to see how many voters are really positive/negative on this issue.

We keep hearing from the paid pollsters/M$M how people feel, but I'm guessing that the real world is quite different.

Even in Pennsylvania - a land of hunters. I'm guessing many/most don't like the image that the assault-rifle/military armament types want to hype.

He liked to shoot deer.

But a couple of us were total photography nuts and I imagine that just by yakkin it up about our great nature photos (and that was over 50 years ago), he got photo fever.

I recall showing off a photo of a mallard in flight with a 300 mm. lens, maybe with a tele-converter.

So, after a while, he took up photography and got one of those long lenses and brought back nice photos from leave.

We made him jealous!

4. Great story! And classic example of how to abolish a bad habit -- by replacing it with a new habit

Maybe a new habit could be somehow imparted to rethugs in general to replace their bad habit of being rethugs

All I could come up with that made any sense was crocodile wrestling.

Maybe something more practical will come to me later on.

Photography is a good option. Those selfies and crowd photos came in mighty handy on January 6th.

Excellent reply, thanks!

8. Ya know he's still shooting deer, just with lasting results for all involved

That’s one of the things I wish more hunters would consider shooting animals with a camera instead. Excellent job on turning a Hunter into a photographer 😺

No harm, no foul or is it fowl 🤭

5. 90 percent think there should be some gun regulation...

Math says fear of NRA should only affect a rethug primary.

The ad would be all the rethugs getting an A from the NRA who have had school shootings in their district/state.

He will then say ...I will work to make sure this doesn't happen here instead of covering for the gun Libby afterwards
