Inside Kamala Harris' fast Arizona trip after abortion ruling

Vice President Kamala Harris tweaked her schedule last Friday to make this week's visit to Arizona an official campaign event, allowing her to lace into the state's Supreme Court abortion ruling, in person and on the ground.

Why it matters: Spicy statements by the president or vice president are one way to ride a news cycle. An actual visit by a principal — in this case, Harris — allows the campaign to create a new one.

She will use the Tucson trip to lay the state court's decision, which effectively bans abortion, at the feet of former President Trump.

The Biden campaign is showing that it can be nimble — and quick — in responding to court cases as it works to leverage its perceived advantage on abortion.

and relentless search for the "perfect featurette" (the one which will give them a shot at the big bucks), kind of ignores her because there's a nasal quality to her voice which they find difficult to audience.

the media pays no attention to her outreach. tho that pisses me off, i suspect come nov, her impact on the race will b seen, and it will b huge.

5. Having a VP who is a woman.....Speaks VOLUMES to women in this country.

An EDUCATED and accomplished woman at that who can invoke such passion in others with her messaging.

Joe was indeed WISE to have picked Kamala Harris as his running mate. For she is EFFECTIVE in every way.
