This is all about textualism and linking the "unerring word of God" with the unerring Framers who wrote perfect political documents.

What's going on, IMHO is a political fundamentalism.

I'm not sure anyone ever thought it was some kind of remarkable product in terms of quality. The only reason it's noteworthy is because Trump attached his name to it.
