What remains to be seen is if the Judge will treat him differently from other accused criminals that he has tried.
To answer the bet, I think that the attorneys will be able to keep his mouth zipped for at least 6 minutes. (Trump's attention span). Unless, of course, they do what I have to do to take my dog to the vet; give her a tranquilizer first. If the trial begins tomorrow, I have already lost a small bet, so my record is weak. That said, I will be paying up with a smile.
