15. There is a reason for the long ties and loose fitting suits.

It's funny, but I think that it's true. Fashion advisors tell people who want to disguise their weight to wear accessories that draw the eye to an up/down view, e.g. a long tie. A shorter one would emphasize a side to side visual. It also covers the waistline of his pants.

Loose clothing is intended to make the weight look less obvious. Trump carries it to the point of baggy instead of just loose, so he looks sloppy.
