Great. Trump's lawyers will have jurors' names

How long will those take to be delivered to the cult? Obviously they are under orders to not copy or share those, but...these are folks who are choosing to defend Donald. How much integrity could they possibly have?

Fixed. Been a bit of a long day here and it's only 3:00. Just a bad typo. Thanks for the kindly heads-up.

info on jurors that they can twist and spin into intimidation and embarrassment. That will be jury tampering and the defense team will likely get away with it.

During voir dire, the prosecution team will need to include assessments of a juror's strength to withstand personal attacks from the defense team and their client.

Surely it's cheaper to threaten them.

Ok, maybe both. But mostly threats of violence.

Why do they need the juror’s names? Nothing good can come from that.

Defendants are entitled to know that the jurors are live in the proper jurisdiction, are fully qualified to serve, don't have unreasonable ties to the other side, don't have clear biases against the defendant, etc.

So I think name and address are pretty basic to ensure such rights. We're talking normal cases here.

Now, given that in this case the defendant has a history of making threats to judges, their staff, prosecutors, and juries, I think it might have been appropriate for a judge to overrule standard procedure to protect the jurors. But then, that might have set up an appeal....

on potential jurors, I'm sure that the prosecution will do the same.

There should, however, be a very stiff penalty if Trump's lawyers reveal the names of the jurors to Trump. I mean like disbarment or worse. WTF am I thinking? It's Trump and people have to bend over backwards to be fair to him.

How come the other jury was kept sequestered and behind a privacy screen?
I think that was done either in Georgia or Florida...

We already KNOW that Chump has many devious ways to get revenge. The jury must be protected.

...defendant once (gang stuff) and the court went out of it's way to protect our identities, even going so far as to have us park our cars at an offsite location in the morning and busing us to courthouse on a borrowed city bus.

I don't see why these jurors had to be exposed like this, the court knows how dangerously unstable his minions are.

In Trump's case it can be subtle. It's a white collar crime. It doesn't have to be dangerous threats.

Trump's attorney's have access to juror's addresses, phone numbers etc etc etc.

In the case in which you were a juror, there could have been an agreement with both sides to keep the info under wraps due to the nature of the defendant. Trump isn't a repulsive gang member which attorneys "hold their breath" and defend. Trump is BFF with his attorneys.
