I heard it was out of that period. Id have to hear evidence to how the charges came anyway. Im sure the jury will be on that as well.

(129,730 posts)3. Statute of limitations is a legal question; the jury wouldn't decide it.
If the facts underlying the charges had been outside the statute of limitations the case would have been dismissed a long time ago, probably not even brought to a grand jury in the first place.
