At the end on the 10am on MSNBC they had a Democratic strategist and a

Republican nut (Sarah Chamberlain).

Chamberlain did a lot of negatives on Biden. Saying that the case is very weak against Trump. And that if convicted Biden will lose.

I heard it was out of that period. I’d have to hear evidence to how the charges came anyway. I’m sure the jury will be on that as well.

If the facts underlying the charges had been outside the statute of limitations the case would have been dismissed a long time ago, probably not even brought to a grand jury in the first place.
