Trump is taking a phone call at the defense table

Trump is using his phone in the courtroom, openly flouting the rules of the courtroom. Blanche just told him to stop and Trump tucked the phone in his pocket while looking annoyed.

Despite what we all might think, in the eyes of the law, he's not guilty of any crime yet and he's not incarcerated.

He being a CRIMINAL DEFENDANT should be the first to not have the privilege of having communication devices.

But then, he is not your average CRIMINAL DEFENDANT.

That's a common rule. The idea, of course, is to prevent interruptions of the proceedings. Trump is not special in that regard.

I just want to tell you that the name I used on the Non-disclosure thing wasn't mine. Call me if you want to negotiate a price for my real signature on a new Non-disclosure thing. Kisses!"

They close to court room to everyone...

Just have the judge, Trump, and Attorneys, and jurors when it starts..

This is a circus, and Trump is loving it.
