Judge Merchan indicated that he intends to do the Sandoval hearing tomorrow (Friday). This hearing is required to take place.

Here is the Prosecution's Sandoval Notice. It identifies 13 instances of "misconduct and criminal acts" committed by Trump that the Prosecution intends to use to impeach his credibility should Trump take the stand and testify.

This conduct is NOT charged in the indictment.
