FOX News has become the "National Enquirer" for Defendant Trump

It will come out in this trial of Trump the role that the National Enquirer played for Trump, the candidate, in 2016.

Not only were they printing negative stories about Hillary but they "killed" all the stories that might have been negative for Trump. Also, all the stories about him were to be positive.

How is this different than what FOX News is doing right now?

They report every negative story about Joe Biden and every story about Trump is positive. The more negative stories, about the charges against him, are not reported at all. They have replaced the role of the National Enquirer.

I wonder if Trump is paying them like he paid David Pecker?

4. Trump paying them? Nah. He doesn't pay. Anyone. Also he's kinda broke.

They're making money off the same rubes he is.

5. "How is this different than what FOX News is doing right now?" Because they're not "killing" stories

National Enquirer bought exclusive rights to stories and then didn't run them. Whatever story Fox isn't running, the witnesses are free to talk publicly.

“Capture and Kill” means the source of the story is forbidden to give it to anyone else.no such situation now.

8. The point is that FOX viewers do not watch CNN or MSNBC as a general rule.

So if the story was given to someone else, there would still be a large viewing audience that would not see it.
