According to the owner these are long time employees --and are considered part of his family.

It was expensive, and it's popular with tourists and visitors. For half the price, you could eat at Latam's or La Terecita - and according to friends, the food was just as good or better. Latam's is closed now, but I ate at LA Terecita the last time I was home, which was before COVID.

It's going to cause a lot of small business to shut down, and will have a huge, negative impact on agriculture in this country.

We're already at full employment. Where are the workers that will be needed to replace those people being deported going to come from?

Oh wait! Many states are, or already have, lowered the age at which children can do jobs they previously weren't able to take. I guess those states don't think school is all that important if all you're needed for is to fill low-end, non-skilled positions in the workforce.
