How nice of CNN to go "One On One" with Trump this morning

and give a proven liar, criminal defendant an opportunity on nationwide TV to spew his lies. Followed up by an opportunity for a Trump attorney to spew more lies and disinformation.

What a cesspit CNN has become.

When Niki Haley can get 25% of the vote without campaigning; It make me wonder why the media keeps propping trump up.

Pecker admitted under oath that the pro Trump false stories and catch and kill journalism of the National Enquirer didn't make them more money or up their subscriber numbers.

None of the false stories (or killed stories) helped the Enquirer’s sales; it was all political.

I know some pro Trump corporate news CEO said they make tons of money off of Trump news. But I think he was lying to justify his actions. They don't want the shareholders to know that they are really losing money by having their political choice on the news.

They think they will make their richest shareholders money, eventually, when Trump and his Nazi buddies are in power. I really don't believe CNN is making money when they kiss that huge stinking Trump butt.

I bet they end up paying him a ton to appear on their programs. With Pecker, Trump promised to reimburse for the catch and kill stories but he only paid for 1, I think. The National Enquirer ended up eating the costs for the other stories.

I bet these news corporation aren't doing much more than breaking even with the free publicity they give him. It's done for the political power they hope to gain.

The owners of these businesses are wealthy.

Also, the "advertising" money. Lots of their corporate advertising clients are headed by wealthy right-wing assholes. They don't want to risk alienating some of their biggest customers. (You know, by actually reporting the truth.)

They get a bigger return on their money by paying to get their favorite Nazi into power, then they get from running a news organization. But the support they give the right wing idiots helps get the idiots elected.

and a complete psychopath capable of saying anything during a live tv interview. It would be journalistic malpractice not to do an interview with Trump at this moment. I didn't see the interview (I don't watch CNN, it's a cesspit), but I hope they asked some tough questions.

Did they or not? I am sure they did not because I would have read where Deadbeat Donald stormed off the set threatening the interviewer.

Therefore, giving the psychopath national air time to spew his vile lies is malpractice.

Of course, knowing what a pathological liar Trump is, I would hope that they would challenge his lies and/or follow up with a fact-check.

CNN has been pretty unwatchable for a long time and many of their journalists and hosts are mediocre. It is like they are trying to be Fox Lite, but they're not always sure. People like Wolf Blitzer, Dana Bash, and John King put me to sleep.

For a reason now lost to me, there was a reference to a scene from an old Columbo episode, and after finding it I watched the entire episode and got hooked. I must have watched at least 15 of them during this time. I looked up 3 or 4 or so sites that ranked all of the episodes, merged them together, and watched the ones the 'reviewers' deemed the best.

And so many great guest stars such as Roddy McDowall, Janet Leigh, Vincent Price, Faye Dunaway, Leslie Nielsen, Johnny Cash, William Shatner, Dick Van Dyke. Timeless.

Trump. They have never spoken honestly nor directly to us about him and his enabling by Putin. Nor have they presented him as the sociopath he is.

They go on, and on, and on, about his being the GOP front runner as if that makes him a normal political candidate.
They have gone to great lengths to show how far out of the mainstream RFK,Jr. is. But rarely a word regarding how far from main street Trump is.
