Clarence Thomas should be no where near these arguments.

His wife should be prosecuted for her role in the coup attempt and fake electors schemes.

He should be prosecuted for accepting bribes.

It highlights why we cannot allow the POTUS to have immunity for their official acts because SOME people would use that to knowingly violate the law without hesitation.

He is an example of this type of person.
